With 85% of Americans drinking coffee, you don't have to wonder who will be interested in your fundraiser. In fact, most households purchase coffee weekly, giving you the added advantage of having repeat customers for as long as you are running your fundraiser!

Our unique fundraising program was created from our core belief in the importance of giving to the community. It is designed to allow non-profit, church, and school organizations to sell our products in efforts to raise money for their cause. It is our intention to provide you with everything you will need to run a successful sale. We will sit down with you and develop a group of coffees that will be pleasing to your customers.

What makes our program such an amazing fundraiser is that once your initial fundraiser ends, your customers will be able to return to this page for up to six months and continue buying our amazing coffees - and you will continue to receive the profits!

There are two ways to sell Coulee Coffee:

Method 1: Take orders and submit them weekly - Once we have established what coffees your group will sell, you can begin taking orders from family, friends, and neighbors. We recommend collecting money up front to pay for product once you place your order. Set up a designated amount of time in which you wish the fundraiser to last. You can order as often as you would like, with NO MINIMUM ORDER. Simply tally up the totals and call us to order. Once your fundraiser ends, encourage your customers to come to this page, select your group, and continue placing their coffee orders for up to six months.

Method 2: Preorder your product and then sell them - The second way you can do the fundraiser is by ordering product ahead of time. This works really well in a church setting by setting up a sampling station on a Sunday morning where you can hand out samples of product and also sell coffee right there. This approach gives you an inventory to work from. Many groups in this scenario order 100-1000 items and sell it in a weekend or two. Keep in mind, you are getting coffee that has been roasted a couple of days prior to you getting it, so it will stay at it's peak freshness for 6-8 weeks (the average life of coffee in grocery stores before you take it home is 9 months). Because coffee is a perishable item, we are not able to take returns. Again, no minimum order amount, and customers can even continue to support you up to six months after your fundraising program ends!
